Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She has played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless the show, which she played from until 2021. She also played Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth season of the sitcom for families Roseanne as well as its spin-off, The Conners. Kenney was born on 14 September in 1999, is from New York City. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked as a writer for the New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney, who was born and brought up in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actor who plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit show, Shameless. Her formative years were spent in the Garden State. Kenney is also famous for her character as Darlene's (Sara Gilbert) daughter Harris in the Roseanne revival.
