Zoe Saldana was born on June 19, 1978 in Passaic, New Jersey, to Asalia Nazario and Aridio Saldana. Her parents, Aridio and Asalia were both born in Puerto Rico. Her mother is Puerto Rican as is her father, Dominican. The family she was raised with moved from Queens in New York and to the Dominican Republic when she was 10, and lived in the Dominican Republic for 7 years. Zoe started to discover a love for performance dance during her time in the Dominican Republic. At the prestigious ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy Zoe learned both ballet and various other dance styles. Her training was not only an excellent outlet for this energetic and passionate young lady, but it also served as a great way to prepare her for an acting profession. When she was 17 years old, Zoe and her family relocated to the United States where her love for dancing continued and her interest in theater performance became more intense. Zoe not only held her own but also gained respect from the likes of Steven Spielberg, Jerry Bruckheimer, Keira, Knightley, Ashton Kutcher and Orlando Bloom. Many co-stars as well as producers and directors believe the sky's no limit in the case of this young superstar. Zoe has demonstrated an impressive range of talent, sharp focus, and an unwavering determination when it comes to projects that are challenging her in a variety of subject matters and character types. Zoey Deutch was born in Los Angeles California. She's been steadily but boldly building her body of work in exciting roles as an actor and producer. Deutch's latest films are Not Okay for Searchlight/Hulu as and Something From Tiffany's (2020) for Amazon/Hello Sunshine. Both films were produced and starring Deutch. She is featured in Focus Feature's The Outfit 2022, directed by Graham Moore. She stars opposite Mark Rylance & Dylan O'Brien. She earned a nomination for "Best supporting performance" for the 2022 BIFA for her part. Deutch will be next seen reuniting Katie Silberman to create their second romantic drama, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch collaborated with Silberman on Set It Up, Netflix's Set It Up 2018 hit.
